Deborah Strand

Deborah Strand, based in Douglas Elliman’s Palm Beach office, focuses on honesty and directness for every client. She treats each transaction as a relationship, not just a sale, and is a Realtor who builds lasting friendships with her clients. With nearly a decade of experience in high-end real estate in New York City, California, and Palm Beach, she’s developed and maintained a strong network of brokers, buyers, and sellers (who are also all good friends) to ensure deals are closed in a timely and efficient manner.

Deborah specializes in the Palm Beach market, she spends her time between her residence on Singer Island at the Ritz Carlton and her home in "Old Palm Golfcourse" in Palm Beach Gardens where she enjoys working on her golf game. She is an expert when it comes to new developments and luxury properties in the $2.5M+ range. Having grown up in Miami she says “my greatest service is my connections and the areas in which I’ve lived, worked, and played.” She only works in markets where she has also lived, giving her buyers the opportunity to consider their purchase through a truly local perspective.

Having lived in Miami, Los Angeles and New York, Deborah found herself in the modeling world which gave her the opportunity to travel throughout Europe for ten years. After studying acting and working in Los Angeles for eight years, she developed a passion for real estate and joined Douglas Elliman in New York and lived there for 6 years before moving back to Florida. “I value my expertise in all of these fantastic cities,” she says, “but I now feel very grounded and very happy to return back to Florida and her Elliman family. " Deborah also maintains her license in New York to assist her New York clients and visits the city quite often. New York will forever be one of her favorite places to work and enjoy the arts, favorite restaurants, and her many wonderful friends.

Deborah also is an advisor for the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research.
